Role: Seeking a candidate with over four years of experience to pioneer the utilization of data and analytics in shaping advertising strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients. You'll oversee a team of 3-5 junior analysts and contribute to the creation of new statistical models to drive optimal business results. This position demands hands-on programming expertise, model development skills, and a knack for innovation. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL is essential. Alongside technical prowess, success in this role hinges on fostering productive relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and operational teams within the company. Applicants must have prior experience in media buying/planning agencies or full-service ad agencies, with a focus on direct-to-consumer and data-intensive clients. Reporting directly to the SVP, with a secondary reporting line to the Director of Media.
