"Adaptive Business Group Family" means all companies connected with us. "subsidiary" and "holding company" shall be as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006. The term "control" shall have the same meaning as defined in Section 416 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988. Two companies are in the same group if they share the same ultimate holding company.

Your profile
Adaptive gives you the option to submit a CV when creating a profile, this helps our consultants to find you potential career opportunities.
You can submit your CV to apply for specific jobs on the Adaptive Business Group websites, or to be reviewed by our consultants. Our team will be in touch as and when positions become available.
Your information will be stored as part of the profile within the ABG (Adaptive Business Group) database and will be accessible by our team. By creating a profile, you are agreeing to these terms.
You are able to delete your profile at any time. You can update your profile at any time, simply by logging in to the user area. By submitting new data, your old data will automatically be archived, providing the submission details stay the same.
Information Submitted by You
We will and/or the Adaptive Business Group Family will use information supplied by you to aid the recruitment process and associated administrative functions. We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using the Website in accordance with relevant data protection legislation.
