What You’ll Be Doing:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee and elevate the eCommerce strategy for an innovative sports nutrition brand. You’ll work closely with various teams to drive online sales, manage performance marketing, and oversee campaigns for platforms like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft Ads.
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and lead a talented team, providing strategic guidance and driving performance across the eCommerce function.
- SEA & SEO Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to optimize paid search (SEA) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts for both the company’s online store and Amazon presence.
- Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize campaigns across search, shopping, display, and remarketing channels to increase conversions and revenue.
- Marketplace Expansion: Strategically expand the company’s presence on online marketplaces, including Amazon PAN-EU.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance marketing channels (SEA, SEO, display, and paid social), ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are met.
- CRM & Customer Engagement: Develop and manage CRM systems, newsletters, and loyalty programs to nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Innovation & Growth: Keep a pulse on industry trends, identify new marketing opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to drive growth.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Several years of proven experience in eCommerce and performance marketing, ideally with initial management experience.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEA tools, Amazon SEO & PPC, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify), and familiarity with Google Ads Editor, Adference, and SEA tools.
- Analytical Skills: High proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and deriving actionable insights from data.
- Languages: Business fluency in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
- Creativity: A knack for content creation with strong textual confidence and an eye for creative detail.
This role requires both fluent German and English, any applications that don't bring the required experience and languages will not be considered.
