About the Role
Currently, we are collaborating with a confidential client, a burgeoning digital marketing agency based in Germany, to find a dynamic Paid Media Manager to join their team.
Position Overview:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of PPC campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and more, with a focus on delivering exceptional B2B marketing solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a small, agile team environment. You will work closely with senior colleagues, driving paid media excellence and contributing to our client's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge paid media campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on Google Search Ads.
- Leverage analytics to track campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
- Implement tracking solutions using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Enhance reporting and automation processes utilizing platforms like funnel.io, supermetrics, and Looker (Google Data Studio) to streamline efficiency and insights.
- Collaborate with a team of senior digital marketing professionals, sharing insights and strategies to drive growth.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of paid media trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Business Fluent German (min. C1) and fluent English.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a solid foundation in PPC channels, preferably within a B2B context.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Google Search Ads campaigns is essential.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking setup and the ability to utilize data for campaign optimization.
- Advanced knowledge in reporting and automation tools (e.g., funnel.io, supermetrics, Looker) is highly advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of €38,000 - €48,000, based on experience and skill set.
- The role offers the flexibility to work remotely from within +/- 1 hour of CET, preferably from Germany or continental Europe.
