Your Role:

  • Global Marketplace Management: Develop and manage the brand’s presence on Amazon and other global online marketplaces.
  • Strategic Product Launches: Oversee the implementation of new products, ensuring they perform effectively across various marketplaces.
  • Campaign Performance: Plan, manage, and analyze product and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to scale their product range globally.
  • Sales Optimization: Execute sales activities and promotions to boost revenue through various online sales channels.
  • SEO Optimization: Maintain, control, and optimize product listings with a focus on SEO and review management to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors’ products and performance across global platforms, ensuring you stay ahead in the market.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments such as supply chain management, customer success, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the International Head of eCommerce and C-level, focusing on performance metrics and recommendations for growth.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Budget & Revenue Ownership: Take responsibility for the performance and budget of our clients international marketplace strategies.
  • International Growth: Drive international expansion across new and existing online marketplaces, optimizing product listings and campaigns for a global audience.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key performance indicators and translate them into actionable strategies for scaling and optimizing global marketplace operations.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Experience: Extensive professional experience managing brands and products across global marketplaces like Amazon, Otto, and eBay.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Strong familiarity with Amazon’s mechanisms, including terms like A+ Content, Bestseller Flag, Buybox, and FBA.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems, with excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for working with data and KPIs.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: You thrive in a sales-oriented environment and are proactive in generating ideas to improve results.
  • Languages: Business fluency in both German and English.
  • Working Style: Structured, independent, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
