The Role:

As a Client Lead, you will be the key liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring that the clients’ social media strategies are ahead of the curve. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships, deeply understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed. From managing daily operations to delivering strategic insights, you'll be the go-to expert for everything social media-related.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main business partner for clients, ensuring they thrive on social platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying their goals and anticipating future needs.
  • Oversee daily client operations, manage project briefings, and provide performance reports.
  • Work closely with internal creative and strategy teams to develop cutting-edge social media solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities for clients, offering strategic recommendations to drive success.
  • Maintain a commercial mindset while acting with integrity and fostering mutual trust.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Client Lead, Account Manager, or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in social media and digital marketing (agency experience is highly valued).
  • Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a professional, client-focused attitude.
  • The ability to see the bigger picture and drive operational excellence.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
